Red Bull UK and Acosta Europe are seeking passionate and enthusiastic Field Sales Representatives, known as Strikers at Red Bull, to join our team across the UK. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your career in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.

Role Details

• Salary: £27,166
• Bonus: 15% Performance-Related Bonus
• Equipment Provided: Company Vehicle, Fuel Card, Mobile Phone

Key Responsibilities

1. Represent Red Bull and build strong relationships with store decision-makers
2. Visit independent and major retailers regularly
3. Deliver excellent customer service and meet distribution, availability, and visibility targets
4. Manage your territory proactively, negotiate shelf space, and drive brand awareness through in-store activations and POS
5. Ensure promotional compliance and accurate data recording
6. Provide market insights and competitor activity feedback
7. Utilize sales and intervention data to drive actions and optimize store visits
8. Manage journey plans and ensure promotional materials are well-stocked
9. Attend monthly team meetings

Experience & Skills

• Experience in FMCG, retail, or sales preferred; motivated individuals from other sectors considered
• Enthusiasm for the Red Bull brand and a drive to succeed
• Ability to work independently in a field environment
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven sales skills, commercial acumen, and target-driven mindset
• Fluent in English; willing to travel 90-100%
