Job summary

The Modern Milkman is seeking motivated Field Sales Representatives to join our door-to-door service in the North East region. You will engage customers at their doorstep, build lasting relationships, and drive sustainable, farm-fresh produce orders with a clear focus on growth targets.

Training and support are provided to help you succeed. This role offers a base salary of £26,500 with uncapped commissions; top performers can reach around £45,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Based in North East or within commutable distance; travel is part of the role.
• UK driving licence preferred, but not required to apply.
• Excellent communication skills with a warm, engaging manner.
• No prior sales experience required; training provided.

What you'll do…

This is a door-to-door sales role where you'll:

• Foster genuine conversations with customers about The Modern Milkman at the doorstep
• Build meaningful relationships and win new customers who love sustainable, farm-fresh produce (as much as we do!)
• Supporting our mission and helping to reach key growth goals
• Take ownership of your KPI’s and targets to grow your earnings

What we're looking for…

• Based in North East or within commutable distance (travel is part of the role) ideally with a UK valid driving licence, but don't let that stop you applying
• Excellent communication skills with a warm, engaging manner
• Self-motivated to reach and exceed targets
• Resilient and able to handle rejection
• Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
• Happy to be out and about and on foot every day, in all weather!
• No sales experience necessary (although beneficial) - we'll train and support you (we’re excited to help you achieve!)
• Experienced in customer facing roles, hospitality, retail
