The Modern Milkman is hiring for a door-to-door sales role based in Burntwood, UK. You will engage with customers at the doorstep, build relationships, and drive growth with uncapped earnings potential from commission.

No sales experience is required as full training and support are provided. Enjoy benefits and the chance to travel while promoting sustainable, local produce from independent British suppliers.

Qualificações

• Based in Burntwood or within commuting distance.
• Full UK driving licence preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication with a warm, engaging manner.

What you'll do…

This is a door-to-door sales role where you'll:

• Foster genuine conversations with customers about The Modern Milkman at the doorstep
• Build meaningful relationships and win new customers who love sustainable, farm-fresh produce (as much as we do!)
• Supporting our mission and helping to reach key growth goals
• Take ownership of your KPI’s and targets to grow your earnings

What we're looking for…

• Based in Burntwood or within commutable distance (travel is part of the role) ideally with a UK valid driving licence, but don't let that stop you applying
• Excellent communication skills with a warm, engaging manner
• Self-motivated to reach and exceed targets
• Resilient and able to handle rejection
• Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
• Happy to be out and about and on foot every day, in all weather!
• No sales experience necessary (although beneficial) - we'll train and support you (we’re excited to help you achieve!)
• Experienced in customer facing roles, hospitality, retail
