Job summary

Hireful Ltd in North Yorkshire is seeking a Customer Service Representative / Field Sales Representative to look after customers across the region. Based in Malton, you’ll visit sites across York, Scarborough, Bridlington, Beverley, Hull and surrounding areas.

The role blends customer service with sales: build relationships, spot opportunities, sell parts and services, and work with the service team to resolve issues quickly.

Qualifications

Experience in a B2B or B2C sales or customer-facing role.
Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
Confident with IT, including Microsoft Office.
A full UK driving licence and happy to travel regularly.
Experience in agriculture or with machinery is a bonus but not essential. Full training is provided.

Responsibilities

Build long-term relationships with customers.
Visit customers on site to give advice and spot new opportunities.
Sell parts, servicing, maintenance plans, warranties and other services.
Work with the service team to sort out customer issues quickly.
Use customer data and technology to find sales opportunities.
Represent the business at customer events, demonstrations and exhibitions.
