Job Title: Field Sales Representative

Salary (OTE included): £25,000-£45,000 per year

Positions available: Full-time and part-time

We are seeking confident and driven individuals to join our team as Field Sales Representatives. As the face of our brand, you will be the first point of contact for residents, delivering excellent service and selling our products to attract new customers to Virgin Media O2. Previous sales experience is not required, but you should thrive in a target-driven environment.

Come rain or shine, you will meet prospective customers at their doorstep, connecting them with our innovative products and services. We provide comprehensive training upon joining, enabling you to have quality conversations with customers from the start and setting you up for success.

Work Hours and Training
  • Part-time: 16 to 30 hours per week
  • Full-time: 37.5 hours per week
  • Work hours are from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm once in the field.

Training: During your first 3 weeks, you must attend your assigned office between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, for a mix of self-led learning and in-office induction with your manager. Part-time employees must commit to this schedule during the initial 3 weeks before reverting to their agreed hours.

Requirements
  • A UK driving license with no more than 8 points
  • Enjoy spending time outdoors
  • Positive, winning attitude
  • Self-motivated to meet sales targets, capable of handling objections, and resilient to rejection
