Position Overview

We are seeking confident and driven individuals to join our Field Sales Representatives team. Responsibilities
  • Meet with prospective customers at their doorstep, connecting them with our products and services.
  • Engage in quality conversations with customers, supported by comprehensive training.
Work Schedule

Part-time roles range from 16 to 30 hours per week, and full-time roles are 37.5 hours per week. Work hours are typically between 12:00 pm and 8:00 pm once in the field.

Training

During the first 3 weeks, you must attend your assigned office between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, for a mix of self-led learning and in-office induction with your manager. Part-time employees must commit to this training period before reverting to their regular hours.

Requirements
  • A UK manual driving licence with no more than 8 points.
  • Enjoy spending time outdoors.
  • A positive, winning attitude and self-motivation to meet sales targets.
  • Ability to handle objections and resilience to deal with rejection.

  • Basic salary of £25,000 (pro-rata for part-time), with top advisors earning £50k - £70k annually with uncapped commission.
