Job summary

Chrome Telecom, based at our Whiteley head office, is seeking a Telemarketing Executive to contact business owners and decision-makers across the UK. You will introduce our telecoms, IT and mobile services and book qualified appointments for the field sales team.

You will work from proven scripts with coaching and opportunities for progression as the business grows. A strong target focus and confident phone manner are essential.

Job description

Chrome Telecom is looking for a Telemarketing Executive to join the sales team at our Whiteley head office. You'll speak to business owners and decision-makers across the UK and introduce our telecoms, IT and mobile services. Your aim is to book qualified appointments for our field sales team.

We're growing across telecoms, IT and mobile, and we're putting more into our internal sales team to support that growth. You'll work from proven scripts, with regular coaching to help you improve. On top of your basic salary you'll earn uncapped commission, with realistic on-target earnings (OTE) of £50,000.

Many of our top performers have moved into senior sales and field-based roles as the business has grown. If you want to progress, there's a clear route forward. Previous B2B (business-to-business) sales or telemarketing experience helps, but your attitude and drive matter just as much.

You'll be joining a team named one of The Sunday Times Best Places to Work in 2024. We also won the HR People & Culture award at the Channel Champions 2024. If you're confident on the phone and enjoy working to targets, we'd love to hear from you.

• £26,000 to £30,000 basic salary
