Job summary

Acosta Europe is seeking a Field Sales Representative to cover South Wales Valleys and surrounding areas, representing Red Bull in grocery and impulse channels. You will own your territory, build relationships with key store staff and managers, and drive availability and promotions to maximise growth.

You’ll be on the front line, not behind a desk, using data and insights to prioritise stores, execute merchandising, and report outcomes.

Qualifications

• Natural influencer with commercial instincts essential for in-store engagement.
• Target-driven, competitive and resilient, with a track record of meeting or beating targets.
• Confident talking to store staff and managers at all levels.
• Organised, self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable reporting activity and results.
• Must hold a Full UK Manual driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Owning relationships with in-store decision makers and driving availability.
• Influencing product range, availability and promotions including secondary displays.
• Executing high-impact merchandising and brand activations.
• Using data to prioritise high-value stores and opportunities.
• Visiting stores, spotting gaps and reporting insights to the team.
• Providing flexible coverage across territories during peak periods and launches.
• Maintaining accurate activity reporting and feedback on market trends.
