CreatePay Limited is seeking a driven Area Sales Manager to win new B2B customers in Coventry. This 100% field-based hunter role offers a base salary of £32,500–£40,000 plus car allowance and uncapped commission with an OTE of £80,000+.

You will be working away from home, visiting business owners, and closing deals across your territory. Expect a high-activity, target-driven environment with clear progression and ownership of your patch.

Qualifications

• Proven success in B2B field sales and closing new business.
• Experience in a target-driven, high-activity sales environment.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel daily within your territory.

Responsibilities

• Win new B2B customers across your territory.
• Self-generate leads via cold calling and local engagement.
• Attend self-generated and pre-booked appointments.
• Meet business owners face-to-face and close deals.
• Present and sell CreatePay’s payment solutions, tailoring proposals to customer needs.
• Manage activity, pipeline and KPIs; consistently meet monthly targets.
