CreatePay Limited is expanding its field sales team in the Newcastle area. This Area Sales Manager role is a 100% field-based hunter position focused on winning new B2B customers through self-generated leads and pre-booked appointments.

You will meet business owners face-to-face, pitch payment solutions, close deals, and manage a strong pipeline. A driver’s licence and comfort with travel within your territory are required.

Aufgaben

• Identify, target, and win new B2B customers within the territory.
• Self-generate leads through cold calling, door-to-door prospecting, and local engagement.
• Attend self-generated and pre-booked appointments and conduct face-to-face meetings with business owners.
• Present and sell payment solutions, tailoring proposals to customer needs.
• Build a strong pipeline and consistently meet or exceed KPIs.
• Manage activity, pipeline, and performance against targets.
