Job summary

SRG is seeking a Technical Sales Manager for the Personal Care division. The role combines remote work with occasional site visits in the West Midlands, focusing on consultative and technical sales of personal care raw materials across the UK.

You will manage accounts, develop new business, and coordinate with suppliers and marketing. Travel about one third of your time, deliver technical presentations, and maintain CRM progress while supporting customer service.

Qualifications

• Direct experience in consultative and technical sales of personal care raw materials.
• Degree-level qualification in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science or equivalent.
• Experience delivering technical presentations on ingredients used in personal care.

Responsibilities

• Grow existing customer relationships and increase account spend.
• Identify, contact and develop new business across the UK.
• Promote the portfolio of innovative, sustainable actives and ingredients.
• Build market presence across the UK personal care industry.
• Travel approximately one third of your time to visit customer sites.
• Record progress on CRM integrated with product fulfilment and updates.
