Job summary

Cera Care Ltd is seeking a Field Care Supervisor to lead our care teams, safeguard quality, and drive person-centered support in customers’ homes. You will conduct initial introductions, develop care plans, assess clients, and shadow carers to ensure high standards of care.

The role involves predominantly field-based work with some office time for administration, reporting, and coordination as we expand the UK's fastest growing technology-enabled care service provider.

Responsibilities

• Supervise carers on an ongoing basis
• Ensure customers' requirements are met
• Ensure the team deliver safe quality of care
• Complete meet & greet of new packages
• Local knowledge of area
• Complete care plans and reviews
• Audits of MAR charts and Log books
• Carer spot checks and field supervisions
• Conduct Carer Interviews and support compliance
