We are currently recruiting for 2 Positions:

  1. Field Sales Regional Manager - South UK
  2. Field Sales Regional Manager - North UK

Background: Management of field sales reps. Sales - Training, Coaching & Performance Management experience essential. Player manager - you will be managing key accounts.

Travel: 3 to 4 days a week to conduct field visits, audits and key Account meetings. This is not a work from home role.

Experience: FMCG OR RETAIL PHARMACY/FIELD SALES/RETAIL STORES MERCHANDISING.

Territory: Regional - 1 x South, 1 x North. Reference: KSP/COMB.

We are looking for a dynamic driven Field Sales - Regional Manager:

The role is primarily focused on managing a team in the field, driving sales, delivering continuously improved field standards and adhering to compliance and company operating procedures.

This is a multifaceted role; the individual Field Sales Regional Manager will be expected to liaise, report, and support the Leadership team.

Below are some key accountabilities, but as a growing company, this list is not exhaustive:

  • Lead, motivate and develop the team to deliver excellent store standards and customer service
  • Ensure all compliance and best practices are delivered to the highest standards
  • Audit the field team
  • Conduct Field Visits as per company expectations
  • Provide constructive feedback, challenge poor practices, and report on performance
  • Support coaching, training, and onboarding of new starters
  • Build relationships with the field team and customers
  • Drive sales in the field teams
  • Manage time effectively
  • Complete and submit reports
  • Maintain excellent communication skills

Key Requirements:

  • Strong personal integrity and judgment skills
  • Willingness to travel nationally 3-4 days a week
  • Experience managing field sales teams

  • Full driving license and access to a vehicle

Remuneration:

  • Basic annual salary
  • End of year bonus
  • OTE package - £40k to 45k
