About Us:

We are a well-established and fast-growing plumbing and heating service provider based in East London, specializing in heating solutions, domestic repairs, and installations. We pride ourselves on reliability, professionalism, and delivering high-quality services and customer experiences.

About the role:

We seek a motivated and experienced Field Sales Lead for our Hornchurch-based team. The role involves managing inbound sales (80%), attending site visits, providing quotations, and closing deals. During quieter periods, outbound lead generation and follow-ups with Developers, Builders, and Estate Agents are expected. You will represent our company, providing professional service from initial contact to sale closure.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Respond to inbound leads, attend site visits, assess customer needs, and provide quotations, including pre-booked site visits.
  2. Engage with new and existing customers to understand their requirements and offer tailored plumbing solutions.
  3. Use quotation software (e.g., SimPro) to generate proposals for plumbing services such as boiler and bathroom installation, repairs, underfloor heating, and radiator installations.
  4. Close sales through effective communication and understanding customer needs.
  5. Conduct outbound sales activities during off-peak months to generate new business.
  6. Maintain records of client interactions and quotations.
  7. Liaise with operations, installation teams, and the office to ensure smooth service delivery and accurate understanding of client requirements.
  8. Stay informed about current plumbing services, technologies, and industry standards.
  9. Attend site visits to provide quotations and close deals, primarily within London Borough of Havering, with occasional travel to Essex, Kent, and other parts of London.
About you:
  1. Proven sales experience, ideally field-based, with a track record of meeting targets.
  2. Experience in construction and/or plumbing industry is essential.
  3. Strong knowledge of domestic plumbing services, including bathroom installation, boiler installation, underfloor heating, and radiator installations.
  4. Proficiency with quotation software such as SimPro or similar tools.
  5. Excellent communication, customer service, and negotiation skills.
  6. Full UK Driving Licence is essential.
  7. Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
