Job summary

Mondelēz International in Northern Ireland – Greater Belfast is seeking Field Sales Development Executives to grow sales with independent retailers and wholesalers. You will promote iconic brands such as Cadbury and Oreo, build relationships, and drive promotions.

The role offers a Monday to Friday schedule (8:30am-5:00pm) with a competitive salary, bi-annual bonus, a company car, mobile phone, and pension benefits, plus generous annual leave and life assurance.

Qualifications

• Sales experience – preferably in FMCG/CPG.
• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
• Strong numeracy and analytical skills.
• Driver's license with up to 3 points; comfortable with manual or automatic vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Sell Cadbury, Maynard’s Bassetts and Oreo into Independent and Symbol retailers regularly.
• Maximize visual impact and shelf availability through merchandising.
• Implement and monitor promotional activities.
• Place and implement point-of-buy materials.
