Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Field Sales Development Executive to grow our brands in Northern Ireland – Greater Belfast. You will build strong relationships with wholesalers and local stores, optimise shelf presence, and drive promotions across retailers.

A strong work ethic and FMCG/CPG sales experience are preferred, with excellent communication and numeracy skills. You will report on activities, deliver field KPIs, and contribute to the company’s growth while enjoying a competitive

Qualifications

• Sales experience – preferably in FMCG/CPG but other fields considered
• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
• Strong numeracy and analytical skills
• Perseverance and attention to detail
• A driver’s license is essential with a maximum of 3 points and ability to drive automatic or manual vehicles

Responsibilities

• Sell market-leading brands into Independent and Symbol retailers regularly
• Ensure maximum visual impact and optimal shelf availability through merchandising
• Implement and monitor promotional activities
• Place and implement point-of-buy materials
• Report on activities and outcomes
• Deliver field KPIs and meet annual objectives
