Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Field Sales Development Executive for Northern Ireland – Greater Belfast. You will drive sales for brands like Cadbury, Oreo and Toblerone by building strong retailer relationships, optimizing shelf presence and executing promotions.

A driver’s license and field-based work are required, with a 6-month probation and a Monday–Friday schedule. You will join a team focused on growth, competitive compensation with a bi-annual bonus, and a company car.

Qualifications

• Sales experience – FMCG/CPG preferred but other fields considered.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; customer-facing.
• Comfortable with driving and field-based work.

Responsibilities

• Sell Mondelēz brands into independent and symbol retailers regularly.
• Ensure maximum visual impact and optimal shelf availability through merchandising.
• Plan and monitor promotions and product launches.
• Place and implement point-of-purchase materials.
• Report on sales activities and performance.
• Achieve field KPI targets and annual objectives.
