NCH Europe, part of the Solenis group, is expanding its industrial direct sales team in the Liverpool/Cheshire region. The Sales Representative role focuses on building strong customer relationships, presenting high‑quality chemical and technical maintenance products, and driving growth across customer sites.

This field-based position offers uncapped commission and a base salary of £30,000 per year with real career progression. A valid UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Able to work in field sales with occasional travel.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Valid UK driving licence (essential).

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with new and existing customers.
• Sell high-quality chemical and technical maintenance products and equipment.
• Work independently in the field to identify opportunities and drive results.
• Visit customer sites to demonstrate products and showcase value.
• Attend team meetings and product training and development sessions.
• Collaborate with the customer service team for support.
