Job summary

NCH Europe operates in the United Kingdom and is seeking a Field Sales Representative to join our Industrial division in the Swindon/South West region. You will drive growth by building relationships with new and existing customers and selling chemical and technical maintenance products.

This full-time role offers uncapped commission with a realistic OTE of £35-45k, plus a company car or car allowance, comprehensive training, and a pension.

Qualifications

• Experienced in a customer-facing environment.
• Confident with cold calling or field sales—B2B or B2C experience is a bonus but not essential.
• Highly organised, clear in communication, and eager to grow your sales career.
• A relationship-builder who can earn trust and influence buying decisions.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and ready to maximise your uncapped commission.
• A holder of a valid UK driving licence (essential for this field based role)

Responsibilities
