Job summary

Solenis is expanding its Liverpool/Cheshire field sales team and seeks an ambitious Sales Representative to grow relationships with new and existing customers.

You will sell high-quality chemical and maintenance products, work independently in the field, visit customer sites, and drive results with uncapped commission.

The role offers a competitive salary (£30,000/year) with an uncapped commission and a realistic £35–£45k OTE, plus a company car or car allowance and fuel card.

Qualifications

What You’ll be Doing

• Build relationships with both new and existing customers
• Sell high‑quality chemical and technical maintenance, repair products, and equipment
• Work independently in the field, identifying sales opportunities and driving results
• Visit customer sites to demonstrate products and showcase the value we deliver
• Attend team meetings, product training, and development sessions
• Collaborate closely with our dedicated customer service team who support you every step of the way

Skills, Knowledge And Expertise

• Experienced in a customer‑facing environment
• Confident with cold calling or field sales-B2B or B2C experience is a bonus but not essential
• Highly organised, clear in communication, and eager to grow your sales career
• A relationship‑builder who can earn trust and influence buying decisions
• Self‑motivated, target-driven, and ready to maximise your uncapped commission
• A holder of a valid UK driving licence (essential for this field based role)
