Solenis is expanding its dedicated direct sales team in the United Kingdom. We are seeking an ambitious Sales Representative to build relationships with customers, sell chemical and maintenance products, and drive growth across diverse industries.

The role requires field visits, independent working style, and a proactive approach to opportunities. You will work within Solenis' Industrial Division, with uncapped commission and a realistic OTE of £30–40k per year, plus benefits and ongoing

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Confident with cold calling or field sales.
• Highly organized with clear communication and drive to grow sales.
• Relationship-builder capable of earning trust and influencing decisions.
• Self-motivated, target-driven with uncapped commission.
• A valid UK driving licence is essential for this field role.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with new and existing customers.
• Sell high-quality chemical and technical maintenance, repair products and equipment.
• Work independently in the field, identifying sales opportunities and driving results.
• Visit customer sites to demonstrate products and showcase value.
• Attend team meetings, product training and development sessions.
• Collaborate with the customer service team for support.
