Job summary

Standout Field Marketing Ltd is hiring a Business Development Executive to cover Uxbridge and surrounding areas. You will represent Pladis brands in-store, drive distribution, and visit cash & carry to purchase stock while building relationships with retailers.

A UK driving licence is required for regular travel in a field-based role. The position offers a salary up to £29,000 per annum plus a 10% performance bonus, a company car and fuel card, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Ideally you will have experience of working within a field based sales role within a convenience, independents or impulse environment.
• You will be self-motivated and thrive working within a KPI driven environment.
• A people person with strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships in-store.

Responsibilities

• Increase visibility of Pladis brands in store and drive distribution in your territory.
• Visit designated cash and carry to purchase stock and sell into retailers within your call file.
• Represent a wide range of Pladis brands in store (McVitie's, Jaffa Cakes, Flipz) to boost sales.
• Collaborate with store contacts to maximise shelf space and availability.
