Job summary

Avidity Careers is seeking a Business Development Executive to cover Uxbridge and surrounding areas. You will represent leading snacking brands, work 40 hours Monday to Friday, and earn up to £29,000 plus a 10% bonus and a company car with fuel card.

This is a field-based role requiring regular travel and a full UK driving licence (max 6 points). You will build relationships in-store with key contacts and contribute to sales growth while enjoying a supportive workplace with great benefits.

Qualifications

• Ideally you will have experience of working within a field based sales role within a convenience, independents or impulse environment.

• You will be self-motivated and thrive working within a KPI driven environment.
• A full UK manual driving licence is required with no more than 6 points and a DVLA licence check will be completed.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships in store with key contacts and communicate effectively within a KPI driven framework.
• Travel regularly across the territory to cover Uxbridge and surrounding areas as described in the role.
• Represent leading snacking brands and drive in-store engagement and sales.
