Job summary

Standout Field Marketing is hiring a Business Development Executive to cover Croydon and nearby areas. You will promote Pladis brands in convenience outlets, visit cash & carry stores, and drive distribution by building retailer relationships. A full UK driving licence and field-based travel are required.

The role is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a salary up to £29,000 plus a 10% bonus and a company car & fuel card, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in field-based sales within convenience/independents/impulse environments.
• Self-motivated with a KPI-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Visit designated cash & carry stores to purchase stock and sell to retailers.
• Increase brand visibility and distribution for Pladis brands in-store.
• Travel regularly within Croydon and surrounding areas; occasional overnight stays.
