Standout Field Marketing Ltd is hiring a Business Development Executive to cover the Uxbridge area and surroundings. In this field-based role, you’ll promote Pladis brands like McVitie’s and Jaffa Cakes, work to grow distribution, and build strong retailer relationships.

The position is full-time, with a 40-hour week, driving a company car and fuel card, and a performance bonus. You will visit stores, coordinate with cash-and-carries, and travel regularly within your territory.

Qualifications

• Experience in field-based sales within convenience/independents/impulse environments.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Increase visibility of Pladis brands in-store within assigned territory.
• Sell into key retailer contacts and drive distribution.
• Visit cash & carry outlets to purchase stock and manage call file.
• Travel regularly within the territory and adhere to KPI targets.
