Standout Field Marketing is recruiting a Business Development Executive to strengthen Pladis convenience sales in Uxbridge and surrounding areas. You will represent major brands in-store, drive distribution, and build strong retailer relationships while traveling daily in a field-based role.

The position is permanent, full-time (40 hours/week) with a UK driving licence required and potential overnight stays. Salary up to £29,000 plus 10% bonus and a company car/fuel card, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in field-based sales, preferably in convenience/independents/impulse environments.
• Self-motivated and KPI-driven.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Resilience and energy are essential.

Responsibilities

• Increase visibility of Pladis brands in-store across designated territory.
• Represent brands such as McVitie’s, Ülker, GODIVA, and Jacobs and drive distribution.
• Visit cash-and-carries regularly to purchase stock and sell into retailers within your call file.
