Job summary

Standout is recruiting a Business Development Executive to manage and grow our Pladis brands across Uxbridge and surrounding areas. You’ll build strong relationships with store decision-makers, negotiate displays, and drive distribution and visibility in partner retailers.

This field sales role offers autonomy, regular in-store impact, and clear opportunities for career progression within a dynamic agency. A full UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales or similar role.
• Strong communication and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Excellent time management and territory planning.
• Self-motivated and results-driven.
• Full UK Driving Licence (no more than 6 points, no bans).

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow assigned territory to maximize opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with store managers and key decision-makers.
• Negotiate additional displays and promotional activity.
• Drive distribution, availability, and brand visibility across ranges.
• Execute merchandising in line with brand guidelines.
• Actively selling to maximise sales and visibility.
• Use sales data to track performance and identify growth opportunities.
