Standout Field Marketing Ltd is looking for a Business Development Executive to cover Uxbridge and surrounding areas. The role is permanent, full-time (40 hours, Monday to Friday) with salary up to £29,000 per annum plus a 10% performance bonus and a company car with fuel card.

You will represent Pladis brands in-store, increasing distribution and visibility of McVitie’s, Jaffa Cakes and Flipz across multiple retailers.

Qualifications

• Ideally experience in a field-based sales role within convenience/impulse environments.
• Self-motivated and capable of working to KPIs with high energy and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Increase visibility and distribution of Pladis brands in-store across assigned territory.
• Visit cash and carry stores regularly to purchase stock and sell into retailers.
• Build relationships with key contacts in-store and drive sales growth.
