Job summary

Mondelēz International in the United Kingdom is seeking a Field Sales Executive to cover the Irvine area. You will work with Cash & Carry wholesalers and local stores, growing snacking brands like Cadbury, Oreo and Toblerone.

You will drive promotions, merchandising, and POS material placement, reporting on activities and hitting KPI targets. This full-time role offers a 6-month probation, a company car, mobile and tablet, and a competitive salary with a bi-annual bonus.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in FMCG/CPG preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Driver’s license with up to 3 points required; UK driving.
• Strong numeracy and analytical abilities.
• Willing to travel within the Irvine/Kilmarnock area.

Responsibilities

• Sell Cadbury, Oreo, Maynard’s into independent and symbol retailers.
• Maximize shelf visibility and stock availability through merchandising.
• Plan and monitor promotions and events.
• Place and implement point-of-purchase materials.
• Report on activities and hit annual KPIs.
