Job summary

Macfarlane Packaging is hiring a Field Sales Executive for the Newcastle site, covering South Tyneside, Sunderland, Washington and County Durham. You will cultivate existing accounts, win new business, and negotiate prices to achieve an annual target of around £200K.

Qualifications

• 12+ months in a B2B sales role, managing existing accounts and winning new business.
• Willingness to travel within the territory and a valid UK driving licence.
• Proven success in B2B sales with tangible products and a consultative approach.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by managing and expanding existing accounts while securing new business opportunities.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers and present tailored packaging solutions.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maximise opportunities and deliver exceptional service.
• Utilise MS Dynamics CRM to track leads, activity and pipeline.
