Job summary

Liftec Express is a leading independent lift and escalator specialist seeking a New Business Sales Executive to drive maintenance contracts across Andover / Bath / Southampton / Swindon / Reading territory. You will build a pipeline, engage decision-makers, and steer proposals to signed contracts, with commission rewarding results.

This pure new business role requires lift industry experience, strong prospecting, and relationship-led selling. Travel across the territory is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience selling lift service and maintenance contracts to businesses.
• Ability to build long-term client relationships and repeat business.
• Track record of winning new B2B maintenance customers.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage your own prospect pipeline across targeted properties and contractors.
• Target decision-makers in property management, facilities and main contractors.
• Take opportunities from first contact through signed contracts.
• Conduct site visits and consultative customer meetings.
• Prepare proposals, presentations and commercial submissions.
• Lead tender submissions and perform full commercial reviews.
• Negotiate long-term maintenance agreements.
• Maintain accurate CRM pipeline and forecasting; coordinate with operations.
