Liftec Express, a leading independent lift and escalator specialist, is expanding its sales team in Kent & Sussex. This is a pure new business role focused on winning lift maintenance contracts and building long-term client relationships.

You will work with a supportive team and must be comfortable travelling across the patch, presenting proposals and negotiating with decision-makers. You’ll build your own pipeline, lead tender submissions, and ensure smooth handovers to operations after

Qualifications

• Track record of winning new B2B lift service & maintenance customers
• Strong prospecting and pipeline-building skills
• Consultative, relationship-led selling; SPIN-style approaches work well here
• Ability to understand customer pressure points and build trust over long sales cycles
• Strong commercial, negotiation and presentation skills
• Experience with proposals and tenders
• Good CRM and forecasting discipline
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel

Responsabilités

• Build and manage your own prospect pipeline
• Target decision-makers across property management, facilities, building ownership and main contractors
• Take opportunities from first contact through to signed contract
• Conduct site visits and consultative customer meetings
• Prepare proposals, presentations and commercial submissions
• Lead and complete tender submissions, including full commercial review
• Negotiate long-term maintenance agreements
• Keep your CRM pipeline and forecasting accurate
• Work with our operational teams to ensure a smooth handover once business is won
