Liftec Express is an independent lift and escalator specialist looking for a dedicated New Business Sales Executive to grow the maintenance contracts across Kent & Sussex. This field-based role offers a competitive base (£50k-£65k DOE) plus uncapped OTE (£10k-£15k), car allowance and monthly mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Track record of winning new B2B lift service & maintenance customers.
• Strong prospecting and pipeline-building skills.
• Consultative, relationship-led selling. SPIN-style approaches work well here.
• Ability to understand customer pressure points and build trust over long sales cycles.
• Strong commercial, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Experience with proposals and tenders.
• Good CRM and forecasting discipline.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.

Responsabilités

• Build and manage your own prospect pipeline.
• Target decision-makers across property management, facilities, building ownership and main contractors.
• Take opportunities from first contact through to signed contract.
• Conduct site visits and consultative customer meetings.
• Prepare proposals, presentations and commercial submissions.
• Lead and complete tender submissions, including full commercial review.
• Negotiate long-term maintenance agreements.
• Keep your CRM pipeline and forecasting accurate.
• Work with our operational teams to ensure a smooth handover once business is won.
