Job summary

Sol Recruitment Ltd is seeking a driven Field Sales Executive to join a growing waste management business. This field-based role covers Chesterfield and surrounding areas, with a company car and uncapped commission; 28,000 basic salary with OTE around 40,000.

You will identify new opportunities, build relationships, manage your territory, and hit monthly targets. Full UK driving licence required; 2+ years' field sales experience and CRM experience desirable.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' field sales experience.
• Proven experience generating new business.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with cold calling and face-to-face prospecting.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and ambitious.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through cold calling, canvassing and door-to-door prospecting.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Identify and secure new commercial customers.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Develop strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Act as the key point of contact between customers and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records using the company's CRM system.
• Support wider sales initiatives and business development activities.
