SUEZ Recycling and Recovery UK is seeking a Field Sales Executive in the Knowsley region. The role offers a base salary of £33,000–£37,000, plus a company car and uncapped commission, with full-time hours (37.5 per week).

You will drive new business through prospecting, cold calls, and relationship building, contributing to revenue growth and sustainability goals. You will operate in a defined territory, collaborating with operations, commercial, and customer service teams, and promoting

Qualifications

• A proven track record in sales and meeting targets.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage clients.
• IT literacy and confidence using CRM or digital reporting systems.
• Ability to create sales plans, present persuasively, and negotiate at all levels.
• Collaborative approach within a wider Field Sales team.
• Experience in waste or recycling is desirable but not essential; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Secure profitable new business within your area to meet sales and revenue targets.
• Build relationships with customers and present effective, sustainable waste solutions.
• Report leads, calls, quotes, and contract activity on the Company Operating System.
• Create sales plans, deliver presentations, negotiate at all levels, support the wider Field Sales team.
• Promote recycling-led services and explain the benefits of resource-efficient waste solutions.
