YouFibre Limited is seeking a Field Sales Executive in Kings Heath, Birmingham. This full-time role (37.5 hours) offers £25,000–£28,000 base salary plus uncapped commission with an OTE of £50K, and a £250/month car allowance for business travel. A UK driving license and access to a vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience, preferably in a face-to-face role.
• Target-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door speaking with residents to switch to YouFibre broadband.
• Manage your own pipeline and convert conversations into customers.
• Hit and exceed targets consistently and drive personal performance.
• Build relationships within the local community and internal teams.
• Be open to feedback, eager to learn and adapt your approach.
