YouFibre Limited is hiring a Field Sales Executive in Glasgow. The role is full-time (37.5 hours) with a starting salary of £25,000 per year plus uncapped commission, and an OTE of £50K. A £250 monthly car allowance and travel expenses are provided.

You’ll be out meeting residents, generating pipeline, and driving to exceed targets. We value confidence, ambition, and strong people skills. A UK driving license and access to a vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Door-to-door sales experience is a plus.
• Confidence, drive and great people skills are important.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door speaking with residents to switch to broadband you can bank on.
• Manage your own pipeline and convert conversations into customers.
• Drive performance by hitting and exceeding targets consistently.
• Build relationships within the local community and internally.
