YouFibre Limited in Newport is seeking a results-driven Field Sales Executive to drive door-to-door broadband sign-ups with uncapped commissions. You will manage your own pipeline, own your time, and work in a dynamic sales environment.

You’ll be on a full-time, 37.5-hour week with a base of £25,000 and uncapped commission aiming for an OTE of £50,000. Benefits include a £250 monthly vehicle allowance, pension, phone allowance, and more.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• Recent field sales experience in a B2C environment.
• Able to work in a target-driven field role.

Responsabilités

• Go door-to-door to talk to residents and switch them to broadband.
• Manage your own pipeline and convert conversations into customers.
• Drive performance by hitting and exceeding targets consistently.
• Build relationships in the local community and with internal teams.
• Be open to feedback and adapt your approach accordingly.
