YouFibre Limited in Bradford is seeking a Field Sales Executive to drive new customer sign-ups door-to-door. You will build your own pipeline, manage conversations into customers, and be rewarded for results with uncapped commission and a £250 monthly car allowance.

The role offers a base salary of £25,000–£28,000 per year plus OTE (£50K) and benefits including pension, phone allowance, and generous holiday. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are required.

Formación

• Full, clean UK driving licence required
• Access to own vehicle for field work
• Strong target-driven sales mindset with ability to build pipeline
• Confident in door-to-door conversations and engaging residents

Responsabilidades

• Go door-to-door in Bradford to speak with residents about switching to YouFibre broadband
• Develop and manage your own sales pipeline and convert conversations into customers
• Hit and exceed targets consistently to drive your performance
• Build relationships within the local community and internally to maximise opportunities
• Be open to feedback and adapt your approach to improve results
