Job summary

YouFibre in Oldham is seeking a Field Sales Executive who will go door-to-door, speak with residents and help them switch to broadband you can bank on. You’ll own your pipeline, manage conversations, and drive performance to hit targets in the field.

The role offers a base salary of £25,000 with uncapped commission (OTE £50K), a £250 monthly car allowance, 25 days holiday, pension contributions, and benefits. A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle are essential.

Qualifications

• Full driving license and access to a vehicle.
• Sales experience, ideally face-to-face.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door speaking to residents and helping them switch to broadband.
• Manage your own pipeline by turning conversations into customers.
• Drive performance by hitting and exceeding targets in the field.
• Build relationships within the local community and internally.
