Job summary

YouFibre in the United Kingdom is seeking a Field Sales Executive to drive new customer sign-ups through local face-to-face outreach in Dover. You’ll own your pipeline, nurture conversations, and close deals to grow your earnings through uncapped commission.

The role offers a base salary of £25,000–£28,000 with OTE around £50K, a £250 monthly car allowance, training, and generous benefits, including holiday entitlement and welfare perks.

Qualifications

• Full, clean UK driving licence is required.
• Experience in face-to-face sales is essential.
• Ability to manage a personal pipeline and close deals in the field.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door speaking with residents to help them switch to YouFibre.
• Manage your own pipeline and convert conversations into customers.
• Drive your performance to hit and exceed targets consistently.
• Build relationships with the local community and internal YouFibre teams.
• Be open to feedback and willing to adapt your approach.
