Job summary

The role requires a full UK driving license and access to a car, with a base salary of £25,000 plus uncapped commission (OTE £50,000) and a £250 monthly car allowance. This is a full-time, field-based position in Carlisle.

Qualifications

• Face-to-face sales experience is desirable.
• Confident and target-driven with strong people skills.
• Must have a UK driving license and access to a car.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door speaking with residents and help them switch to broadband.
• Manage your own pipeline and convert conversations into customers.
• Drive performance by hitting and exceeding targets consistently.
• Build relationships within the local community and internally.
• Be open to feedback and adapt approach as needed.
