Job summary

Probus Recruitment Ltd is recruiting on behalf of a UK specialist in control valves and flow-control solutions. The Field Sales Engineer will work across the North of England and Midlands, engaging with engineers and procurement teams to translate technical needs into engineered valve solutions.

You will manage existing relationships, win new business, and build a strong project pipeline while representing respected manufacturers.

Qualifications

• Control valve experience is essential.
• Experience selling control valves and engineered valve solutions in power/process industries.
• Ability to develop new accounts and long-term relationships with technical customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an established portfolio of customers.
• Identify and win new business across the territory (North and Midlands).
• Sell control valves, actuated valve packages and flow-control solutions.
• Develop opportunities in power, process and industrial applications.
• Collaborate with customers to understand requirements and provide engineered solutions.
• Produce quotations and manage opportunities from enquiry to order.
