Beiersdorf Group is seeking a Field Retail Merchandiser to deliver in-store excellence across Essex and East London. You will execute Beiersdorf’s Perfect Store principles, drive visibility for NIVEA, Elastoplast and Eucerin, and report insights to stakeholders while meeting KPIs.

This regional role requires daily travel, a Monday–Friday pattern, and a company car benefit. You will liaise with NAMs and the Regional Field Operations Manager to improve in-store plans, monitor stock, and ensure

• Graduate or retail background preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure in-store compliance with execution standards and KPIs.
• Increase intervention values and maximise growth opportunities.
• Maintain a store call file and build relationships with key contacts.
• Implement Front of Store displays and improve in-store plans.
• Interact with stakeholders to communicate priorities and retailer objectives.
• Monitor stock levels and correct stock errors.
• Ensure promotions are followed in-store.
• Deliver monthly and annual intervention values translated to Net Sales by retailer.
• Report progress to Regional Field Operations Manager and NAMs.
• Input interventions in Trax to capture full value.
• Maintain understanding of retailers' performance standards and promote Beiersdorf values.

Your Tasks

In-Store Compliance and KPI Execution

• Ensure compliance with in-store execution standards and meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Increase intervention values and maximise opportunities for growth.
  

Relationship Management

• Maintain a call file of stores and build relationships with key contacts.
• Facilitate improved in-store plans that benefit Beiersdorf, such as implementing Front of Store (FOS) displays.
  

Stakeholder Interaction

• Interact with key stakeholders to ensure clear communication regarding strategic priorities, retailer objectives, and PICOS (Plan, Implement, Control, Optimise, Sustain).
  

Stock Monitoring

• Monitor stock levels and take corrective actions for book stock errors.
• Ensure compliance with promotional activities in-store.
  

Reporting and Analysis

• Deliver monthly and annual intervention values, translating them into Net Sales value by retailer.
• Report on progress and feedback interventions to the Regional Field Operations Manager.
• Communicate compliance issues to National Account Managers (NAMs) for their respective retailers.
• Regularly report on competitor activities.
  

Utilisation of Tools and Systems

• Ensure all tools and systems, such as Trax, are fully utilized in all stores.
• Input all interventions at the store level to capture full value.
  

Performance Standards

• Maintain a full understanding of each retailer’s expected standards of performance and conduct within the store.
• Promote Beiersdorf’s core values and company image to all customers
  

Your Profile

• The role would suit a Graduate or an individual from a retail background
• Located within a commutable distance to East London and Essex
• Good organisational and planning skills
• Relationship building
• Performance oriented
• Commercial awareness
• Previous field sales experience desirable
• This is a regional role therefore you must be able to drive on a daily basis

You will report on in store findings to various stakeholders and ensure that all KPI’s are delivered through continuous improvement.

The role covers Essex and East London areas.

Monday - Friday (no weekends)
