Beiersdorf AG UK is launching the Beiersdorf Beyond Graduate Scheme, a two-year programme designed to accelerate your professional and personal growth. You will work in real business roles across NIVEA, Eucerin, Elastoplast with real responsibility and potential international exposure.

The scheme covers Brand Management, Digital Marketing, Sales, E‑Commerce, Commercial and Supply Chain, with structured training, leadership development and opportunities to contribute to sustainability initiatives.

• 2:1 degree or above, graduating in 2027
• Live or be able to relocate within a one-hour commute of our UK Head Office in Birmingham
• 6 months practical experience
• Eligible to work in the UK full-time

Scheme Overview

Embark on a transformative two-year journey with our Graduate Scheme, designed to accelerate both your professional and personal growth.

Our two-year graduate scheme will take you on a journey of great professional and personal development. You will work for our world leading consumer brands NIVEA, Eucerin and Elastoplast in real business roles with real responsibility to maximise your career experience.

As part of the programme, you'll gain hands‑on experience across a variety of business areas, including Brand Management & Digital Marketing, Sales, E‑Commerce, Commercial and Supply Chain. With potential international exposure and the chance to contribute to leadership-sponsored projects, you'll develop a well‑rounded skill set and a deeper understanding of how our business operates.

To support your development, you’ll benefit from structured training tailored to build your leadership capabilities. You’ll also have the chance to make a positive impact through community initiatives and collaborations with external partners on topics such as sustainability.

This is a 2-year fixed-term contract as part of our Graduate Scheme, which officially commences in September 2027. However, you would be expected to join the business in July 2027 to complete your onboarding and induction before the programme begins.

Additional information

The application process will run from 21st September to 4th December 2026. Successful applicants will be invited to complete a video assessment, which must be submitted by 31st December 2026.

Assessment Days will take place on 10th and 11th February 2027 at our Head Office in Birmingham. Candidates who successfully progress through the video assessment stage will be invited to attend one of these sessions.
