Job summary

WCCTV is seeking a Regional Account Manager to drive new business and grow existing customer accounts across Yorkshire and surrounding areas. This field-based role involves visiting sites, tailoring Stellifii solutions to customer needs and developing long-term relationships.

You will manage the end-to-end sales cycle, hit KPIs and travel to client sites. The package includes a base salary up to £45,000, £15,000 OTE, a company car allowance, and generous benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of field sales experience in a B2B environment.
• Proven lead generation, prospecting and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in Construction, Utilities, Plant Hire or Security is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Attend meetings booked by the BDE team and explore customer needs.
• Arrange site prospecting visits to introduce the business.
• Know how to tailor Stellifii products to customer needs.
• Identify new sales leads and schedule meetings.
• Develop commercial opportunities and negotiate favorable terms.
• Travel to customer sites across Yorkshire and surrounding areas.
• Achieve KPIs and exceed activity targets.
• Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
