Job summary

HomeServe Plc. is seeking a Plumbing Engineer in North West London to diagnose, repair and maintain domestic plumbing systems. You will manage jobs on-site, deliver excellent customer service, and represent the company in customers' homes.

The role requires a Level 2 Plumbing qualification, 1st and 2nd fix experience, and a full UK driving licence. You will join a field-based team with a 40-hour week and opportunities for training and progression.

Qualifications

• Level 2 Plumbing qualification required.
• Experience performing 1st and 2nd fix plumbing.
• Experience working in domestic properties.
• Full UK driving licence (max 6 penalty points).
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to work independently on site.
• Positive, proactive approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and fixing plumbing issues such as leaks, faults and damaged pipework.
• Completing 1st and 2nd fix plumbing work in domestic properties.
• Repairing and maintaining household plumbing systems.
• Managing jobs independently while delivering excellent customer service.
• Representing HomeServe in customers' homes with professionalism and care.
