Job summary

HomeServe Membership Ltd is seeking a Plumbing Engineer to diagnose and fix plumbing issues in customers' homes, performing 1st and 2nd fix work and maintaining systems. This field-based role requires a Level 2 Plumbing qualification and a full UK driving licence, with strong customer service and independent problem-solving abilities.

• Level 2 plumbing qualification is required.
• Experience in 1st and 2nd fix plumbing.
• Experience working in domestic properties.
• Full UK driving licence (max 6 penalty points).
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems on site.
• Positive, proactive approach to work and be part of an open culture.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues such as leaks, faults and damaged pipework.
• Complete 1st and 2nd fix plumbing work in domestic properties.
• Repair and maintain household plumbing systems.
• Manage jobs independently while delivering excellent customer service and representing HomeServe in customers' homes.
