Job summary

HomeServe UK is seeking a Plumbing Engineer to help keep customers’ homes running smoothly. You’ll diagnose and fix plumbing issues, complete 1st and 2nd fix work in domestic properties, and maintain household systems with autonomy and customer‑facing professionalism.

You’ll visit customers’ homes, work independently, and deliver excellent service daily. A full UK driving licence and a proactive approach are essential, with on-site responsibilities across Sutton and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Experience in 1st and 2nd fix plumbing in domestic properties.
• Experience working in domestic properties.
• Full UK driving licence (max 6 penalty points).
• Ability to work independently and solve problems on site.
• Positive, proactive approach to your work.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and fixing plumbing issues such as leaks, faults and damaged pipework.
• Completing 1st and 2nd fix plumbing work in domestic properties.
• Repairing and maintaining household plumbing systems.
• Managing jobs independently while delivering excellent customer service.
• Representing HomeServe in customers’ homes with professionalism and care.
