Job summary
HomeServe is looking for a Plumbing Engineer to service customers in their homes, carrying out repairs and maintenance across domestic plumbing systems. This field-based role offers autonomy and variety, with a 40-hour week including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

Qualifications
- Level 2 Plumbing qualification required.
- Experience carrying out 1st and 2nd fix plumbing.
- Experience working in domestic properties.
- Full UK driving licence with up to 6 penalty points.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving on site.
Responsibilities
- Carry out repairs and maintenance in customers' homes across plumbing systems.
- Diagnose and fix leaks, faults and damaged pipework.
- Complete 1st and 2nd fix plumbing work in domestic properties.
- Manage jobs independently while providing excellent customer service.
- Represent HomeServe professionally in customers' homes.
